Cord care, storage, and craft notes

Cord composition: Paracord nylon, cotton macrame, satin polyester, and elastic each behave differently under tension. Read the diameter and fiber line before starting a project.

Storage: Keep spools dry and unwound to prevent tangle. Cotton ribbon stays cleanest in resealable bags; paracord coils best in figure-eight loops.

Project notes: Match cord to use — paracord for survival lanyards and gear repair, satin ribbon for gift wrap and floral, macrame cotton for wall hangings and plant hangers.
